Delhi Schools to Conduct Baseline Assessments Starting August 27

The Delhi SCERT has mandated baseline assessments for students in Classes 2 to 8 from August 27 to August 31 to evaluate foundational literacy and numeracy skills under the NIPUN Sankalp programme.

The schedule includes Hindi tests on August 27, English on August 29, and Mathematics on August 31, with schools instructed to use OMR-based tests and maintain a strict one-desk-per-student arrangement.

Students absent on the scheduled dates will be granted an opportunity to appear for the assessment by September 5, with heads of schools responsible for ensuring maximum participation and data verification.
