Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Appointed East Zone Vice-Captain for Duleep Trophy

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been named vice-captain of the East Zone squad for the Duleep Trophy, which is scheduled to begin on August 23 in Bengaluru.

The 15-member team will be led by captain Ishan Kishan and includes notable players such as Mohammed Shami, Abhimanyu Easwaran, and Mukesh Kumar.

Sooryavanshi, who recently debuted for India on the UK tour, was also named Player of the Series during the subsequent T20I matches against Zimbabwe.
