SpaceX Finalizes $60 Billion Acquisition of AI Coding Startup Cursor

SpaceX has officially closed its acquisition of the AI coding startup Cursor, a deal initially valued at $60 billion following an agreement reached in April.

The acquisition grants Cursor access to SpaceX's extensive computing infrastructure and global fleet of GPUs to scale intelligence capabilities beyond current industry standards.

This move follows SpaceX's earlier acquisition of xAI and comes as the company continues to expand its computing capacity for customers including Anthropic and Google.
