Ahead of their August 18 launch in China, iQOO confirmed the Neo11 Ultra will feature a custom 3nm Dimensity 9500M chipset with an all-big-core CPU architecture.

The iQOO Z11s model will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset, according to a company announcement on Weibo.

The Neo11 Ultra will include a 9,100mAh battery and an AMOLED display with 2,000 nits peak brightness, while the Z11s will pack a larger 10,000mAh battery.
