AISA President Neha Bora Moves Delhi High Court Against Peace Bond Notice

AISA president Neha Bora has challenged a Delhi Police peace bond notice in the Delhi High Court, seeking an immediate stay and withdrawal.

The notice issued under the BNSS required her to appear before the Special Executive Magistrate and furnish a ₹10,000 personal bond following her preventive detention.

Bora was detained on October 16 during a protest march demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged electoral roll irregularities.
