The FSSAI has issued strict notices to luxury hotels including JW Marriott and Andaz Delhi for severe hygiene failures ahead of the BRICS summit.
Inspections revealed the presence of cockroaches, flies, and expired food items, including sweets and cakes, within the hotel kitchens.
These establishments, which are designated to host international delegates, have been ordered to rectify these safety breaches immediately to avoid further regulatory action.
