Indian Women's Relay Team Wins Gold at Asian Games

India's women's 4x400m relay quartet of Kiran Pahal, MR Poovamma, Prachi Choudhary, and Vithya Ramraj won the gold medal with a time of 3:29.69 at the Nagoya Asian Games.

The victory secured India's seventh consecutive gold in the event at the Asian Games, holding off a late charge from Bahrain's Salwa Eid Nasser.

The gold capped India's most successful day at the Games, which also featured a trap shooting gold for Neeru Dhanda and multiple bronze medals.
