Sri Lanka Recalls Niroshan Dickwella for Test Series Against India

Sri Lanka has named a 16-member squad for the first Test against India starting August 15 in Galle, with Niroshan Dickwella returning to replace the injured Kusal Mendis.

Dhananjaya De Silva will captain the side, which currently sits sixth in the ICC World Test Championship standings with a 41.67 points percentage.

The squad includes potential debutants Pasindu Sooriyabandara and Keshara Nuwantha, while pacer Dilshan Madushanka has been recalled to strengthen the bowling attack for the two-match series.
