The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences set the NEET PG 2026 qualifying cut-off at 262 marks for General and EWS candidates, 14 marks lower than the previous year.

The qualifying cut-offs for General PwBD and SC, ST, and OBC candidates dropped to 244 marks and 226 marks respectively, following an exam paper total of 720 marks.

Following Supreme Court directions, NBEMS will publish individual answer keys and recorded candidate responses online on or after October 1, 2026.
