Hyderabad Man Arrested for Altering Aadhaar and PAN Cards

Hyderabad Police arrested 36-year-old Ch. Mahadev for running an unauthorised operation that altered Aadhaar and PAN card details from a photocopy centre in Budwel.

The accused used online software to modify dates of birth, names, addresses, and photographs, charging ₹300 for a date of birth change and up to ₹1,000 for full modifications.

Authorities seized ₹5,000 in cash, 60 fake or altered Aadhaar cards, two PAN cards, a laptop, printer, lamination machine, and a mobile phone during the arrest.
