Indian benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty traded higher in early sessions on Tuesday, supported by a positive rally in global markets and easing crude oil prices.
The BSE Sensex climbed 115.62 points to 74,974.61, while the NSE Nifty advanced 40.50 points to reach 23,455.60.
Foreign Institutional Investors offloaded equities worth ₹576.20 crore on Monday, while Brent crude traded 0.80% higher at $101.1 per barrel.
