CJP Leaders Promise No Jantar Mantar Protests In Court Undertaking

Cockroach Janta Party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were released from judicial custody on Wednesday after providing a written undertaking to a Special Executive Magistrate court in New Delhi.

The leaders promised not to call for any demonstrations at Jantar Mantar until the site is legally denotified, and pledged to maintain peace and adhere to constitutional limits.

The magistrate ordered their release upon furnishing personal and surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each, with the next hearing scheduled for Friday.
