India and Chile Initiate Negotiations for Comprehensive Economic Agreement

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that India and Chile have instructed their teams to begin negotiations on a mutually beneficial comprehensive economic agreement.

State-owned copper mining firms CODELCO and Hindustan Copper Ltd signed an agreement to expand cooperation and enhance mineral supply chain resilience.

The two leaders also signed a letter of intent to deepen bilateral cooperation in Antarctica exploration during President Gabriel Boric Font's visit.
