Burial teams in Congo's Ituri province are struggling with extreme fatigue and community hostility while managing safe burials for victims of the country's deadliest Ebola outbreak.

The outbreak has resulted in nearly 3,200 deaths among 6,600 confirmed cases, with health authorities warning that the true scale of the crisis may be three times higher.
