Textile Ministry to Reopen PLI Scheme Portal for Round Four Applications

The Union Ministry of Textiles will reopen its application portal for round four of the PLI scheme from November 1 to December 31, focusing on MMF apparel and technical textiles.

The minimum annual turnover requirement has been lowered from ₹200 crore to ₹100 crore under Part 2 to encourage participation by MSMEs and mid-sized units.

The tenure of the scheme has been extended up to 2033–2034 exclusively for applicants approved during this round.
