Udaan Acquires Swiggy-Owned LYNK Logistics for ₹500 Crore

B2B e-commerce platform Udaan has finalized the acquisition of LYNK Logistics, a retail distribution subsidiary of Swiggy, in a deal valued at ₹500 crore.

The transaction, executed through a share-swap agreement, allows Udaan to integrate LYNK's extensive supply chain network into its existing distribution infrastructure.

This acquisition is expected to strengthen Udaan's presence in the FMCG retail sector, enabling faster delivery cycles across major Indian metropolitan markets.
