Akhilesh Yadav alleges 151 Ambedkar statues vandalised in U.P.

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav alleged that over 151 B.R. Ambedkar statues were vandalised across 72 districts in Uttar Pradesh during the BJP's nine-and-a-half-year rule.

Releasing a Samajwadi audit report in Lucknow on Sunday, Yadav stated that arrests had been made in only 14 instances, with 84 incidents showing no details of action taken.

SP spokesperson Sunil Singh Yadav stated that the party will take the issue of injustice across Uttar Pradesh villages to ensure the BJP loses power in 2027.
