Liverpool Signs Ronald Araújo on Season-Long Loan from Barcelona

FC Barcelona captain Ronald Araújo has joined Liverpool on a season-long loan deal after eight years with the Spanish club.

The agreement includes a €55 million purchase option that Liverpool can exercise at the end of the 2026 season.

Araújo, who struggled for playing time last season, stated he is seeking a new challenge to regain his form in the Premier League.
