VVS Laxman Backs Vaibhav Sooryavanshi After Zimbabwe Series Performance

India coach VVS Laxman praised 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi for his mature 81-run knock in the third T20I against Zimbabwe on a difficult, sluggish surface.

Sooryavanshi, who previously dominated the IPL and Under-19 World Cup, finished the series with two fifties despite facing intense pressure from the Zimbabwean bowling attack.

Laxman noted that while the teenager needs to improve his overall fitness, his rapid development and ability to handle international pressure suggest he could break future records.
