The Enforcement Directorate summoned former Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan for questioning in the CMRL-linked money laundering case on October 23 in Kochi.
The central agency alleged that CMRL made fraudulent payments of Rs 2.78 crore to Vijayan's daughter Veena's defunct company, Exalogic Solutions, under the guise of IT services.
On Friday, Vijayan moved the Supreme Court to challenge the Kerala High Court's October 9 order directing the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau to register a case.
