Nine Companies Including Trans ACNR Submit Draft IPO Papers to SEBI

Nine companies have filed preliminary papers with SEBI to raise capital through initial public offerings for expansion and debt repayment.

Trans ACNR Solutions filed through the confidential pre-filing route, while eight other firms submitted standard public draft documents.

Publicly detailed filings include Maharashtra Oil Extractions proposing up to ₹370 crore and Jagatjit Agri Engineering proposing up to ₹300 crore.
