Muskan Rastogi and Sahil Shukla approached the Allahabad High Court to challenge their conviction and death sentences in the Saurabh Rajput murder case.
The appellants sought the quashing of the Meerut district court orders delivered on September 30 and October 14, 2026.
The convicts argued that the prosecution relied entirely on circumstantial evidence and failed to establish guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
