England's Jos Buttler has become the highest run-scorer in T20 cricket history, reaching a career total of 14,833 runs after a 51-run innings for the Manchester Super Giants.

Buttler surpassed Kieron Pollard's previous record of 14,803 runs, achieving the milestone in his 522nd match, which includes 1,192 runs scored in The Hundred competition.

The 35-year-old has maintained high consistency, averaging 43 in the powerplay and striking at 184 during the death overs, marking a significant rise in his prolific scoring since 2021.
