Actor Ronit Roy leased a 950 sq ft office space in Mumbai's Andheri West to Kerawi Care for five years at a starting monthly rent of ₹2.10 lakh.
The total lease value over the 60-month term amounts to nearly ₹1.39 crore, according to registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The agreement features a 5% annual rent increase and includes a 36-month lock-in period for both parties along with a ₹6.5 lakh security deposit.
