The Luthra brothers, co-owners of the illegally operated Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa, offered to compensate each victim's family with ₹15 lakh.
The Bombay High Court at Goa gave the families until October 12 to respond to the compensation offer before making a final determination.
A fire at the nightclub on December 6, 2025, claimed 25 lives, including 20 employees trapped in the basement kitchen and five guest tourists.
