AI Sanskrit Heritage Model launched at Madras Sanskrit College

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the AI Sanskrit Heritage Model at The Madras Sanskrit College in Chennai, developed in association with Articul8.

The tool encodes Panini's 2,500-year-old grammar system as a live compiler to ensure responses are verified before reaching scholars.

College directors noted the institution aims to preserve intellectual excellence by becoming the first in the country to adopt an AI-powered knowledge model.
