Maharashtra Woman and Two Children Die After Jumping Off Fort

A national-level wrestler and her two children died after jumping from a 100-foot bastion at Naldurg Fort in Maharashtra, with one daughter surviving the fall.

The family of the deceased has alleged that the woman was subjected to severe dowry harassment and financial pressure by her in-laws prior to the incident.

Local police have registered a case of abetment to suicide and are currently questioning the in-laws to determine the specific circumstances leading to the tragedy.
