Two Iranian men were charged with preparing terrorist acts after conducting surveillance on a Manchester synagogue as part of a planned chlorine bombing.
Prosecutors stated the suspects, Salam Ahmadyan and Rahman Salehi, were directed by a third individual believed to be in Iran.
The targeted Heaton Park Congregation Synagogue was previously the site of a deadly attack on October 2, 2025.
