An analysis of Delhi draft electoral rolls from the special intensive revision process showed Muslims account for 13.6% of electors but represent 20.3% of those flagged for logical discrepancies.
Muslim electors were found to be 60% more likely to be marked for logical discrepancies by the Election Commission's ERONET software than non-Muslim electors.
Among electors flagged under five family-size indicators, 30% were Muslims, with the proportion reaching 58% for records flagged under the progeny criteria of six or more children.
