Indian startup Healthify has merged with U.S.-based Berry Street to expand clinical nutrition services, specifically targeting the growing market for GLP-1 weight-loss drugs.
Healthify, which has raised over $150 million in funding, will operate under the Berry Street brand in the U.S. and retain its original name in India and other international markets.
The new entity will be co-led by founders Tushar Vashisht and Noah Kotlove, leveraging Berry Street's network of 2,000 clinics and Healthify's AI-powered coaching platform that serves 45 million customers.
