The director of the sleeper hit 'Hanuman Ansh' has publicly criticized Bollywood for failing to support the film before it crossed the ₹86 crore mark.
The devotional film, based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba, has outperformed major releases, earning three times the revenue of the Yash-starrer 'Toxic'.
Following its domestic success, the film is now scheduled for a global release on September 11, with a sequel already in early development.
