DLF and Everstone Form Joint Venture for ₹3,750-Crore IREO Stake

DLF Ltd and Everstone Group signed a term sheet to form a joint venture, with DLF investing approximately ₹3,750 crore for a majority stake.

The proposed JV will acquire at least a 20% stake and governance rights in IREO Private Ltd's Indian entities, holding an expected aggregate economic interest of about 40%.

IREO FDI Funds hold substantial land banks in the National Capital Region and projects across India, with the transaction expected to close in 2027.
