An Army Major was killed and two lieutenant-rank officers were injured when their SUV collided with a camel near the Jaisalmer Military Station on July 31, 2026.
The vehicle reportedly overturned five times after the impact, resulting in the immediate death of the Major, who had been married for only one month.
Military authorities have launched an investigation into the accident, while the injured officers are currently receiving treatment at a nearby military hospital.
