Madras High Court Registry Files Complaint Over Forged Proceedings

The Madras High Court Registry lodged a police complaint regarding forged judicial proceedings used to secure the deportation of five Bangladeshi nationals.

Standing counsel S. John Raja Singh reported that the complaint was filed on October 6 on behalf of Registrar General Deepthi Arivunithi.

Justice V. Lakshminarayanan directed the city police to investigate the forgery and submit a status report to the court by November 10, 2026.
