TCS And HCL Tech Announce Q2 Dividends And Results

TCS and HCL Technologies announced second-quarter results alongside interim dividends of ₹12 per share for FY2026-27.

TCS reported a 15% annual jump in consolidated net profit to ₹13,884 crore, while HCL Tech's net profit rose 21% to ₹5,132 crore.

TCS fixed October 14 as the dividend record date, whereas HCL Tech set its record date for October 16.
