Public registration for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's September 8 programme in Vadodara reached full capacity within one hour of being listed on BookMyShow.
Over 42,000 people have been placed on a waiting list for the event, which will feature the launch of development projects worth more than ₹35,000 crore.
The Prime Minister will dedicate three sections of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor, covering 326 route kilometres and built at a cost exceeding ₹20,700 crore.
