Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed a five-year strategic agreement to acquire Porsche's IT consulting arm, MHP Management, for €320 million.
The total deal value is estimated at $1.46 billion, aimed at accelerating AI-powered mobility solutions for the automotive giant.
