Permission had been temporarily withheld on Thursday due to festive security requirements, threat inputs, and a bomb threat email referencing the event.
Organisers clarified that the concert was never cancelled, while Aam Aadmi Party leaders criticized earlier government actions regarding Punjabi artists.
