Kerala High Court Dismisses Pleas Against FIR Order in CMRL Case

A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court dismissed pleas filed by former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, T. Veena, and P.A. Mohamed Riyas against a Single Judge's FIR direction.

The court held that the October 9 order does not affect the applicants' rights to pursue constitutional or statutory remedies against the registration of the FIR.

The case stems from Income Tax Settlement Board findings that Exalogic Solutions received monthly payments from CMRL without evidence of corresponding services.
