Maruti Suzuki reaches one lakh milestone for vehicle exports from India to Japan

Maruti Suzuki India announced it has achieved one lakh units of cumulative exports of Made-in-India Jimny 5-door, FRONX, and e VITARA models to Japan.

Japan has become Maruti Suzuki's second-largest export market by volume, with company vehicles accounting for nearly 100% of Suzuki's imports in Japan during FY26.

Managing Director and CEO Hisashi Takeuchi stated that the milestone underscores India's manufacturing excellence and the evolution of the bilateral partnership.
