India and Canada to Hold Trade Talks in October

Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal announced that India and Canada will hold the next round of trade pact negotiations from October 5.

The fourth round of negotiations for the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement concluded in New Delhi on September 18.

Both nations are targeting to conclude negotiations by the end of the year to double two-way trade from $30.4 billion in 2025 to $70 billion by 2030.
