Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Alexander Aslani was shot dead inside his clinic in Marbella, Spain, on October 7, and an 18-year-old Swedish national was arrested.
A masked gunman entered Cirumed Clinic Marbella and shot the 57-year-old surgeon multiple times in the head at close range before fleeing.
Investigators are examining whether the killing was linked to a dissatisfied patient who made explicit threats or a premeditated contract attack.
