WhatsApp introduced 'Guest Calling', allowing users to invite non-WhatsApp users to join group or one-on-one voice and video calls without time limit restrictions.
Guests must wait in a virtual waiting room until approved by the host, who retains full authority to remove participants at any time.
The feature supports up to 32 members, incorporates end-to-end encryption, and is currently rolling out across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
