Russian missile strikes injured six people across Ukraine on Monday, with four hurt in Zaporizhzhia and two in the Chernihiv region, according to regional officials and emergency services.
The Russian Defence Ministry stated it targeted power stations in Kharkiv and Khmelnitskiy, a regional warehouse, port infrastructure in Chornomorsk, and a military cargo vessel bound for Odesa.
The United States has urged Ukraine to halt attacks on Russian oil refineries over energy price concerns, while President Volodymyr Zelenskiy conditioned a pause on Moscow stopping infrastructure strikes or the U.S. supplying Patriot missiles.
