Bollywood actor Salman Khan will not host the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode of reality show Bigg Boss 20 due to prior work commitments.
Filmmaker Rohit Shetty will step in to take over hosting duties for the week, returning to television after previously hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi.
The announcement coincided with heightened security at Salman Khan's Mumbai residence following a shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff linked to gang threats.
