BJP President Nitin Nabin Unveils New National Organisational Team

BJP President Nitin Nabin announced his new national organisational team on August 17, 2026, balancing continuity with strategic changes across key party positions.

The reshuffle includes the return of Ram Madhav as vice president and Smriti Irani as general secretary, while Deepak Mhaskey replaces Amit Malviya as the head of the social media team.

The new 64-member team, which includes 12 women and 40% representation from marginalised communities, faces the immediate task of preparing for upcoming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Goa.
