A man was arrested in Bengaluru on August 10 after strangling his two daughters, aged 5 and 10, to death inside a five-star hotel room.
Police recovered a suicide note at the scene where the accused cited his wife's alleged extramarital affair as the primary motive for the double murder.
The accused attempted to end his own life after the incident but was rescued by hotel staff and police; he is currently undergoing medical treatment under custody.
