Sensex and Nifty Tumble in Early Trade Amid Crude Oil Price Pressures

Indian equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty tumbled in early trade on Tuesday due to elevated crude oil prices and foreign fund outflows.

The BSE Sensex dropped 503 points to 72,260.09, while the NSE Nifty fell 151 points to 22,626.50 during early trading sessions.

Brent crude traded 1.74% higher at $107.1 per barrel while Foreign Institutional Investors offloaded equities worth ₹5,353.22 crore on Monday.
