OpenAI Releases GPT-6 Cyber Model Rated Critical in Cybersecurity

OpenAI released GPT-6 Cyber on Thursday to a select group of vetted customers, assigning the model a Critical safety classification for cybersecurity.

The model helped researchers uncover 81 previously unknown Firefox vulnerabilities and develop working exploits for 948 Linux kernel vulnerabilities.

GPT-6 Cyber is currently available to authorized users through Daybreak Red, OpenAI's access tier for penetration testing and exploit development.
