Nexus Select Trust acquires 100% stake in Guwahati Galaxy Complex for ₹1,600 crore

Nexus Select Trust entered northeast India by agreeing to acquire a 100% stake in the under-construction Galaxy Complex in Guwahati for ₹1,600 crore.

The retail-focused REIT portfolio asset comprises a 0.5 million square feet retail mall.

The acquisition also includes a 164-key Hyatt Regency Hotel integrated within the complex.
